It is owned and operated by Edward Harris who was born and raised in Harrisburg. In 1980 he graduated (Finance & Journalism) from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and began his career in the insurance business.

And now, more than 30 years later, he is still researching and finding the most affordable Pennsylvania health insurance plans for Pennsylvania residents. Ed and his wife Diane, a Pittsburgh native, have two children and are avid (and rabid!) Steelers fans. He enjoys tennis, golf and international politics. Edward also reluctantly bowls  every 15 years.
